Sonu Sood- the new ‘RISING STAR’
It is indeed a very ‘Happy New Year’ for Sonu Sood. He was recently seen in Farah Khan’s ‘Happy New Year’ which made a bang at the box office. He lacked a huge fan following in the past but currently he is in the media and his fan following is sure to increase.
With not many hit films in his career, Sonu got the deserved attention from his latest films ‘Happy New Year’, ‘Entertainment’ and ‘Dabang’. After his performance, he has been featured in newspapers and has been giving interviews.
Recently Stardust’s Rising Star featured Sonu in their special issue called ‘Sonu Sood The Ultimate Rockstar’. Sonu unveiled the special issue at Magna Lounge on November 6, 2014. Sonu revealed that now things in Bollywood are falling in place and seem right for him.
At the magazine cover press meet he said, ” ‘Happy New Year’ has been a special film because I got to work with great people like Farah and Shahrukh. ‘Happy New Year’ proved to be a turning point in my career and will influence the roles I will bag.’’
He further added that he would continue to do South Indian films where he has been loved by people and co-actors like Allu Arjun.
Sonu Sood hopes for many great years ahead in his career and we hope the same for him. He will be soon seen in ‘Action Jackson’ with Akshay Kumar and Sonakshi Sinha and ‘Madha Gaja Raja’ (MGR), a tamil action-comedy directed by Sundar C.
