Ranveer vs Ranbir: Box Office Clash in 2015

Ranbir Kapoor and Ranveer Singh have a lot of things in common. Be it their lady love or their movie release date. The duo are all set to clash at the box office in 2015. Ranbir’s ‘Tamasha’ and Ranveer’s ‘Bajirao Mastani’ will release on December 25th, 2015.

This is not it as it will set a bigger clash between their leading ladies and that is none other than Deepika Padukone who is the lead in both. Hence, it is a battle between Deepika with herself.

‘Tamasha’, directed by Imtiaz Ali is a romantic flick while ‘Bajirao Mastani’ is a period romance film also starring Priyanka Chopra apart from Ranveer and Deepika. The film will see Ranveer Singh in a bald look.

“There is still a lot of time for the dates to be changed but I feel two big films releasing on the same day, whether it is on a festival or an ordinary day, is not a good trend. The business and audience of both films get divided,” trade analyst Taran Adarsh was quoted by a leading tabloid.

Ranbir’s upcoming film ‘Bombay Velvet’ also faced the same fate .It was to release on December 25th this year. However, the date of release was changed to avoid a clash with Aamir Khan’s ‘PK’. Let’s see what happens and who wins over at the box office.
